Description

AirPac event attendants start, adjust and monitor the HVAC units the day of the event. AirPac event attendants will be dressed in business casual, unless otherwise specified. They will also monitor the generator (as needed). They can help with HVAC adjustments, and any last minute changes that might occur. The AirPac event attendant will be responsible for turning the equipment off properly at the end of the event. AirPac requires one vendor meal for the event attendant.

Hourly Pricing & Fees

  • Rental Rate $675.00
  • Each Additional Hour $67.50

Payment Policy

When AirPac approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged.
