Our delivery to Hilltop meets their time constraints & policies.
We will delivery to the catering area in the back of the tent, and pick up from the shed in the back. If your items are too large for the shed, you must request an exemption from Hilltop. We are not authorized to permit deliveries outside of these locations or time frames, and requests for such assume that you have obtained permission from Hilltop Wedding Center.

Payment Policy

When Copper Cloud Events approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

You may remove items from your order anytime up until 14 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
