Contract Description
Please note that the floor MUST be placed on a level and firm surface. The preferred service is concrete, but it can be used on dirt, dg, gravel, or grass. If the area is bumpy or unlevel, then we cannot guarantee the integrity of the floor. Please ensure that you designate an appropriate area that at your event to accommodate the floor. You must disclose the surface that the dance floor is going on. If the surface is not as you described, this may result in the floor's integrity.

Payment Policy

When Rustic Events approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
