Description

It is Clients responsibility to provide us with your layout if we do not receive the layout 1 month before your event, the setup will be designed based on our practical experience and knowledge and no negotiations last minute or the day off. Double booking, the absence of a signed contract, or any other circumstance within your control holds you fully responsible for these terms.

Payment Policy

When OLGAS RUSTIC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 75% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 3 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
