*Mattresses are not included in the rental.

Customers may request for mattresses to be added on the quote

To avoid mold and bed bugs we recommend bed bug spray, plastic wrapping and a mattress topper

We do not store mattresses as they have expiry, we purchase mattresses for each customer and it is for one-time use.

Mattresses get disposed after each completed customer contract.

We recommend 48 - 72 hours for mattress and it's plastic to be in a separated open environment to release all Volatile organic compounds (customer may request for a person to open the mattress for additional charge)

Payment Policy

When Temporary 123 Inc approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
