Description

As the lessee, you are accountable for the proper handling and return of all leased items in their original condition. In the event of loss, damage, or non-return of any leased item, you will bear the responsibility for covering the replacement cost of the item(s), representing the amount necessary to procure new items of similar nature and quality. Should replacement costs be incurred, an invoice will be generated outlining the items and their respective costs, with payment due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to settle replacement costs may result in additional fees and/or collection procedures. It is expected that normal wear and tear resulting from reasonable and cautious use of the leased items will not be subjected to replacement costs; however, considerable damage beyond normal use will be evaluated accordingly.

Payment Policy

When FUNTASTICRENTALS INC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
