Epic Day Of Coordinator "Showers"
• One Coordinator
• Two Coordinator / Client Meeting (2 hours) – discuss “day of” details (2wks before the event)
• Create detailed timeline
• Coordinator will be scheduled to arrive onsite when the decorator arrives at the venue
• Manage the flow and timing of the event
• Greet vendors and oversee setup of the evennt
• Manage the games, gift opening, ect. throughout the event to ensure that all has been done before guests begin to leave.
• Tending to any emergencies that may arise
• Manage the decorating of the event space, proper table setup, place cards set at the proper seat per seating chart (if needed), party favors placed etc. – We do not set up DIY décor – decorating services are available at an additional cost
• Direct guests to the proper locations for event
• Stay in communication with Banquet Staff to ensure things are going smoothly
• Makes sure that all tip / final payment envelopes, received by the host / hostess, are distributed to the correct vendor.
• Once the last event is completed the coordinators job is complete. The Coordinator will help pack up all gifts (Except a card box. We will not touch a card box. The card box is the sole responsibility of the client or the person the client assigns to the card box) and help client take gifts to their car.

Payment Policy

When Epic Events by Booth, Inc. approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
