Description

Pick up. Customer must load and unload on their own. Customer is responsible for properly securing merchandise.
Return of all merchandise must be by agreed time. If Renter fails to return all items by agreed date and time, Renter agrees to pay for all additional chargers. If renter refuses to return rented items, the Renter agrees that Majestic Party Rental, Inc. and its agents may take all reasonable actions necessary to recover rented items without prior notice or legal process. All items are due back to Majestic Party Rental, Inc. warehouse on the return date listed on your agreement. After 3 days, late items are subject to a 25% late fee. Items are unreturned after 10 days will be considered lost and a lost fee. Damaged linens will be billed a replacement fee. Damaged linens cannot be purchased or kept.

Payment Policy

When Majestic Party Rental, Inc. approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
