This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "General Services" category from UDREAM EVENTS INC's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

Begins at the time of booking your venue contract.
Service required for all events.

- Includes on site visits, meetings, and all communication leading up to event day.
- Completing final event logistics packet including vendor contacts, vendor licensing and insurance.
- Finalizing event layout and floor plan for day of setup.
- Day of Event Manager on site up to 10 hours to oversee all vendors on site.


WEDDING PARTIES
To ensure you enjoy your special day, we require all wedding parties to hire a day of wedding coordinator to be present for your wedding day.

Payment Policy

When UDREAM EVENTS INC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 90 days of the delivery/pickup date a 0% fee will be charged.
