This for a 3 hour contract. Client can adjust the start-end times past the point of contract signing. _____
If contracted time is split, there will be a downtime charge of $50.00/hr. This has already been applied here. _____
Unique Events requires (1) 20 AMP dedicated outlet within 25’ of photo booth setup. _____
Unique Events requires (1) 4’ or (1) 6’ table to be used for photo booth setup. _____
A trained-staff member shall be present to assists guests and run the Photo Booth. _____
Customer assumes responsibility for damages incurred by guest(s). _____
It is assumed that Unique Events’ photo booth attendants can perform their duties in a safe and respectful event environment. _____
Unique Events provides a diverse selection of props, but does not guarantee a specific item and/or style.
Unique Events does not guarantee prop retention before/during/after the event if using props outside of the provided set.
Unique Events requires a 10’ x 10’ area to accommodate the photo booth and prop setup.
Customer must choose a concrete three hour time frame within their final consultation or within the week of their wedding. _____
Any custom footer images customer would like to use as inspiration must be submitted two weeks prior to the event date. This image will be used as inspiration to create the background of the menu as well as background design for the photo print outs.(It is common to design this based off of the design of the customer’s invitations or theme.)_____
Extra photo booth time may be added at a rate of $200.00 per hour. ____
This contract is void and services will automatically be released if not signed by the client within 30 days of the contract date. _____
When Unique Events approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 90 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged.
