Description

Our Limited Damage Waiver (“LDW”) is non-refundable and optional. LDW may by declined by email or by signing the line below (See §11 on P. 2). IMPORTANT: If you decline LDW, or if you fail to pay the LDW Fee in advance of the Rental Term, you will be responsible for the full (new) replacement cost of all damaged Item(s).

Payment Policy

When Sky High Event Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

You may remove items from your order anytime up until 60 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 60 days of the delivery/pickup date a 30% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
