Description

811 Confirmation is required by Indiana State Code before Indy Pavilion is able to stake or dig in any location (stakes range in depth from 36" to 42"). Customer agrees to call 811 the week before the event date to have all underground utilities in the vicinity of the Tent or Inflatable clearly marked. Customer must send the 811 confirmation number to [email protected].

We must have the 811 confirmation number 5 business days before your event or the Friday before by 3 pm. If we not have the confirmation number there will be a $100.00 fee applied for Indy Pavilion to make the call. In email, please include satellite image with tent or inflatable location marked on property (or have the 4 corners marked when the crew arrives). If neither step is taken, the tent will be set up at crew's discretion.

Payment Policy

When Indy Pavilion LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
