Description

This agreement outlines the terms for the washing and pressing of linens provided by Ace Party Rental. The service includes washing, pressing, hanging, and bagging each linen with a label. The price is calculated per linen or drape.

Terms:

Scope of Service: Ace Party Rental will wash, press, hang, and bag each linen with a label.
Pricing: Charges are applied per linen or drape.
Exclusions: Ace Party Rental is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to set-in stains, tears, or holes.
Liability: All linens are handled with care; however, Ace Party Rental does not assume responsibility for any damage that existed prior to our service.

Payment Policy

When Ace Party Rental approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
