Description

This package is a complete venue rental day of needs, all access to entire property**. You can view the specific pieces in the description of each line item. We can vary this to fit your exact needs by adding or removing items. Please call to discuss specifics so that we can tailor to your needs. This also includes all service and rental needs for the day of(as shown), you simply need to arrive, get ready, get married , enjoy your family and friends, and leave to begin your "Happily Ever After." This fee includes your initial consultation, decor showing and all creative sessions up to 2 hours, additional coordination may require a service fee. Note that the service items included are based on an hourly rate and extended event times will will require additional service fees for the staff. This package requires payment in full 2 weeks prior to the date, and a credit card on file for damages or overages.

Payment Policy

When Hey! Mr DJ! Entertainment Services approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
