Delivery and pickup charges are based on time, location of delivery and load. Tent(s) will be professionally installed by our staff. Includes delivery under normal circumstances (within 50 feet of delivery vehicle, no stairs, elevators, etc.).
We will notify you at least 24 hours prior to your delivery. We do not setup tents on the same day as the event unless previously requested. Additional charges may apply.

**All equipment is considered a tailgate delivery unless otherwise noted. Delivery locations must be within 50 feet of the accessible truck or additional fees will apply. It is the responsibility of the renter to inform Flying Cow Party Essentials of potential delivery obstacles, such as driveways not accessible by a truck, narrow doorways, stairs, or elevators. Flying Cow Party Essentials will not be responsible if equipment cannot be loaded onto a location due to obstacles. Additional billing may occur if the site is challenging (upstairs, excessive walk, etc.) or last minute changes occur to the delivery plan. Equipment must be ready for pickup, in the same state it was delivered (same location, stacked, etc.) or additional labor fees will apply. No exceptions.**

Payment Policy

When Flying Cow Party Essentials approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
