The Throne Chair delivery or pick-up charge applies to delivery or pick up of throne chairs with arrival windows that are at least eight (8) hour in length in a specific area inside an event space or venue.
By signing this contract, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Agreement:
The customer agrees to all logistics details, delivery, and pickup terms. The company is
not responsible for reading these details to the customer before signing.
Any changes to delivery or pickup are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
2. Delivery Window:
The delivery or pickup window ranges from one to five (1-5) hours between 8:00 A.M. to
12:00 A.M. This window is not intended for event timing.
3. Additional Fees:
Rooftop or elevator service will incur an extra charge. Delivery or pickup will be rejected if
this service is not reported and paid for in advance.
An extra fee applies if items are not ready at the pick-up location, stacked, or stored in
transportation packaging/boxing.
4. Service Limitations:
Delivery is to the entry door of the ground floor only. Drivers are not responsible for taking
items above the ground floor or past the front door.
We do not provide setup or breakdown of event rentals.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
Ensure rental item dimensions are accurate for elevator or stair deliveries.
No refunds for unused rental items.
A person 18 years or older must accept or return items during delivery or pickup.
Meet the delivery crew within five (5) minutes of arrival. Failure to do so will result in the
return of items to our business location, with customer pickup available the next
business day between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.
6. Condition and Quantity of Items:
Delivered goods are in good condition and must be returned in the same condition.
Customers must return the same quantity of items delivered.
7. Communication:
The delivery crew will contact the customer 15 to 45 minutes before arrival.
No refund or credit if the customer fails to meet delivery or pickup responsibilities.
8. Delivery Time Guarantee:
Allow a minimum of one (1) hour between delivery time and event start time for
unforeseen circumstances like weather or traffic.

These numbers are for logistical or rental emergencies only.
When Dalissa Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
