Delivery and Pickup Service
A Logistics Service Fee is required for all deliveries or installations. The details are as follows:
Standard Fee: $99.00 flat rate for locations within a 25-mile radius.
Standard Hours: Between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
Additional Fees:
Early or Late Deliveries: Deliveries before 8:00 AM or after 12:00 AM will incur an additional fee.
Extended Radius: For locations beyond the 25-mile radius, additional charges will apply.

Payment Policy

When Dalissa Sanchez LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 31 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
