Description

Here is a list of potential optional event elements we can create and supply:
- Invitations: Design, print invitations and address envelopes. We offer a wide selection of designs and pricing.
- Wedding Monogram: Development of a unique monogram to brand your event. We will present up to 3 sketches in Black + White jpg format. Once approved we will prepare up to 2 sketches of full color logos jpg format. Final logo will be prepared in rgb.jpg format for use on any internet formats as well as CMYK .pdf for use on any printed materials. The monogram, or a variation of, may be used on all imprinted items, cocktail napkins, signage, décor, and party favors.
- Cocktail Napkins, Hand Towels, Cocktail Stirrers, Coasters
- Place Cards: Custom place cards featuring event logo and/or theme.
- Menus: Design, print to coordinate with all other printed details
- Signage: May include food and beverage station signs, no photography signs, or directional signs to guide guests.
- Table Name | Numbers: Each table can be indicated by a table number, unique table name or theme design.
- Lighting. Elements may include up lighting, pin spot lighting, projections and other illuminated décor elements to dress the event space.

- Table Linen: Specialty linen and/or chair covers can be provided by IPP. Chair cover labor will be worked out between venue and IPP.
- Kippot: We carry a full line of kippot in a variety of colors and styles to compliment your theme. 5 dz min.
- Party Favors: We offer a huge range of unique imprinted products at competitive prices.

Payment Policy

When Innovative Party Planners approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 10 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 10 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
