Description

Items returned that we judged damaged done unintentionally will be covered by this fee. However some exception applies to damage done by using wax, ink, glue, customer negligence will not be cover. All broken and damages items need to be report by the customer at the time of the return or the customer will be charge; You, customer agree to replace the damaged item at the full price. The card on file will be charged immediately.
ANY DAMAGE TO RETURN OR PICK UP BACKDROPS, BACKGROUND, WALL, TABLES, LINENS, DRAPES WITH FIRE, GLUE, WAX, OR TAPE WILL BE THE CUSTOMER FULL RESPONSIBILITY. FULL PRICE OF THE ITEM WILL BE CHARGE ON THE CARD TO REPLACE THE DAMAGE ITEM.

Payment Policy

When Zoe Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 0% fee will be charged.
