Make your dream wedding a reality with Vogue Events’ Full Wedding Setup service. Our expert team takes care of every detail, ensuring your reception is nothing short of perfection. Here's what we include:

• Guest & Head Tables: Beautifully arranged with your chosen decor, creating a memorable first impression.
• Backdrop Styling: Custom-designed backdrops to serve as a stunning focal point for your ceremony or reception.
• Centerpieces: We’ll arrange your centerpieces and complement them with candles, florals, and any other decor elements you’ve envisioned.
• Specialty Tables: We’ll style all your specialty tables, including the guest book table, memory table, candy bar, and more, tailored to match your unique style.
• Stationery Setup: Our team will carefully arrange your stationery, including name cards, menus, seating charts, and welcome signs, for a seamless presentation.
• Cake Table: We handle the cake setup, ensuring everything is perfectly arranged. If you have fresh flowers, we can incorporate them to elevate the look.

Bonus: When you hire us for your full setup, all rental items from our company will be delivered to the venue free of charge (within HRM and with a maximum of a 16ft truck). Plus, enjoy a complimentary ceremony setup at the same location if it's a simple arrangement.

Please note: Ceiling treatments are not included in this package.

Payment Policy

When The wedding vogue approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
