Description

We have created our version of the Classic Arcade Room. Here you can roam around and play various arcade games that are placed in classic cabinets for the look. Walk up to a machine and press "X" to play the game. Some of these are multiplayer and others are multi-user. Either way they are a blast to play with your friends. We can add in a virtual photo booth as well if you like (for a fee)

Price includes up to 100 attendees and stock networking venue with no pop-up info

Fees are charged by number of attendees and up to 8 hours.
Also the fee for the custom and in stock options
Programming and design fees $100 per hour

Payment Policy

When AE&ES approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
