Description

The Photo scavenger hunt is a super fun way to connect with your co-workers and other attendees while learning about the area your visiting! First we discuss the theme and locations you want the attendees to visit. We use various locations around venue or city to get some steps in! (Bonus Points). This is your chance to give them a tour around the town. Our facilitator will make sure everyone gets the QR code to download the simple app. You only log in under your team name. Attendees to get started go to the app and look at their mission and get ready to head to their starting point. Solve the clues to find the iconic location, use your cell phone camera to take a photo of your team and upload for points. You might be in Brooklyn or So Ho. The Clues will take you all around your area in the city for this fun, interactive tour. Let's see who gets the best time for the challenge. Bonus points can be added based on following the tips for each stop

Follow the leaderboard to see where you stand against the rest of the challengers.

Includes: Tech, Team Building Lead, Laptop, Monitor & stand, QR code or guide book (if needed) for the Hunt! Up to 10 people

Payment Policy

When AE&ES approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
