Description

Approving the "quote" and signing the "contract" acknowledging that you are booking the event and has been approved through your ecosystem
and region's PO. This lets us(MIE) know that we are booking this event and putting It on our calendar. If any changes to the event or cancellations
need to happen you may let us know as soon as possible.
Pricing Is taken care of through the Master Lease Agreement that Medical Inflatable Exhibit Inc. and Genentech have In place and Is reflected on
"quote".
For event Information
If we do not have all of your details at the time of booking we will reach out 3-4 weeks before the event date(s). We must have event details no
later than 2 weeks prior to the event date(s).
Time of event:
Make sure that you have adequate space for the Inflatable exhibit to be set up.
A minimum of 15amp power does need to be supplied and MIE will not provide a power supply.
Additional Fees:
For bookings within two (2) weeks of the event date; there will be a one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) late fee
Any changes to events, such as shipping location, event dates, or times, may incur a change fee of one thousand five hundred dollars
($1,500)
In case of cancellations within two (2) weeks of the event date, there will be no refund
Genentech can opt out of field staff up to three (3) weeks prior to the event date
Payment Policy
All debts owed for this contract are due within 60 days of the events conclusion.
Additional payment processing fees may apply.
General Cancellation Policy
You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following
cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies:
22 days prior: no cancellation fee
21 days prior: 25% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
14 days prior: 100% of contract total, and your deposit will not be refunded
Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest of the receipt of goods or performance of services.

Payment Policy

When Medical Inflatables approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

You may remove items from your order anytime up until 14 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
