Description

This Station may included combined options or choose one. Coffee Station includes coffee brewed onsite. Includes electric percolators or hot liquid dispensers. Station includes one coffee with two creamers, two sweeteners, stirrers or spoons and small styro foam coffee cups. (Upgraded coffee cups may be added). Coffee is based on per person. Hot chocolate is great for the kiddos! It includes hot water heated onsite, two cocoa options, three marshmallow options. Both include all items needed to set up on table top. Table and linen are not included. Also includes a cute sign. ***This is coffee only with one coffee option and includes onsite brewing for 80 guests. Times to be determined. Includes set up and management of station.

Payment Policy

When The Haven - TX approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
