Thank you for choosing Premier Events to assist with your wedding and reception production.
Below is a list of services that we provide in our package.
• Complimentary consultation 6 months prior to wedding – or at time of booking if within 6-month time frame
• Schedule venue walk-through 2 weeks prior with couple
• Create day-of timeline w/ venue representative & share with all vendors
• Coordinate timeline for vendor arrival/installation and removal 1 week prior to date
• Produce rehearsal (run-through twice)
• Arrive at event site 1 hour prior to first vendor arrival on day-of event
• Oversee day-of setup of all décor and personal items for ceremony and reception
• Receive and double check supplies from vendors/deliveries from vendors
• Stage wedding cake table (wedding flutes, cake cutting instruments, etc.)
• Coordinate ceremony: Line up wedding party and bride, oversee processional, recessional etc.
• Coordinate reception: Oversee timeline, entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.
• Pack up supplies, décor, gifts, etc. provided by couple and family for transport with designated person
•Includes Certificate of Insurance for $1 Million event coverage
When Premier Events, Inc. approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
