Description

The Hilton Gardens Inn, in partnership with The Elite Collect, is proud to present the Enterprise Presentation Sound package. This comprehensive package features the Midas m32 live, a state-of-the-art sound system with recording options via USB for main presentations or SD card for individual tracks.

The package also includes the Shure QLXD wireless microphone package, equipped with 10 handheld mics and 6 bodypacks with lavalier and sm35-xlr headset mics, ensuring high-quality, clear audio for all speakers.

For superior sound reproduction, the package boasts a pair of Bose F1 Model 812 and a pair of Bose L1 Pro8 Line Array. These are strategically placed with the Bose F1 Model 812 pair in front by the presenters and the Bose L1 Pro Line Array as fill to ensure all attendees hear crystal clear sound, regardless of their location in the room.

To ensure a flawless presentation, a dedicated Audio Engineer is on hand, along with an Audio Tech who assists with the distribution and handling of all the mics to the presenters. This team works together seamlessly to ensure everything goes perfectly.

Finally, the package includes tech delivery, setup, and striking, providing a hassle-free experience for the presenters. This Enterprise Presentation Sound package truly provides a comprehensive, high-quality audio solution for any event

Payment Policy

When The Elite Collective, LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
