Description

In store pick up is available for all of our rentals. You are able to rent items for your event, pick them up WEDNESDAY prior to your event. Please set up a time for your pick up as we would like to go over instructions for set up (if needed) and tear down/return. Pick up can be done between the hours of 9-4 on WEDNESDAY by appointment but can be later, if arranged. If you can not do a Wednesday pick up please make arrangements for another pick up time. PLEASE CALL TO SET UP YOUR PICK UP TIME!

Payment Policy

When "I Do" Decorating and Rental Service approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
