*THESE TABLECLOTHS CAN NOT BE USED FOR CATERING OR FOOD/DRINK DISTRIBUTION (cake, charcuterie, drink tables, etc).

*If you need linens in this style for catering/food distribution, please let us know and we will rent our discounted linens in this same style. They have minor stains on them so they are not suitable for dining, but are completely fine for catering tables that will be covered in chafing dishes, etc.

*If you rent these linens and use them for catering and they are returned with stains that we cannot remove, we will charge you full price to replace them.

Payment Policy

When Wild West Collective approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 180 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 120 days of the delivery/pickup date a 20% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 90 days of the delivery/pickup date a 30% fee will be charged.
